2. Delivery Responsibility
- Delivery and logistics are managed by independent partners listed on Hunto.
- Hunto acts as a facilitator and does not directly handle shipping or delivery.
3. Delivery Time
- Delivery timelines depend on partner availability and location.
- Estimated delivery time will be communicated during booking or confirmation.
4. Delivery Charges
- Delivery charges may apply depending on distance, item type, and partner policies.
- All applicable charges will be shown before payment confirmation.
5. Pickup & Return (Rental)
- Users must follow the agreed pickup and return schedule.
- Late returns may incur additional charges.
- Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
6. Delays
Hunto is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Traffic or logistical issues
- Weather conditions
- Partner-side delays
- Unforeseen circumstances
7. Damaged or Incorrect Delivery
- Users must report damaged or incorrect items within 24 hours of delivery.
- Hunto will assist in resolving the issue with the partner.
8. Failed Delivery Attempts
- If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, additional charges may apply.
9. Risk & Ownership
Responsibility for items transfers to the user upon successful delivery. For rentals, ownership remains with the partner.
