Learning, and other categories. Cancellation and refund terms may vary depending on the partner and category.
2. Cancellation by User
- Before Confirmation: Full refund will be issued.
- After Confirmation: Refund eligibility depends on partner-specific policies.
- No-Show: No refund will be provided if the user fails to attend or use the service.
3. Cancellation by Partner
- If a partner cancels a confirmed booking, a full refund will be issued.
- Users may be offered alternative options where applicable.
4. Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Processing time: 5–10 business days (may vary based on payment provider).
5. Rental-Specific Policy
- Security deposits (if applicable) will be refunded after inspection of the rented item.
- Damage, loss, or late return may result in partial or full deduction of the deposit.
