This Payment Terms & Conditions policy outlines how payments are processed on Hunto. By using our platform, you agree to the terms described below.
All payments on Hunto are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways, including Cashfree. Hunto does not store sensitive payment details such as card numbers or CVV.
By making a payment, you authorize Hunto and its payment partners to process the transaction for the selected service, rental, event, or offering.
Hunto operates on a commission-based model. A percentage of each successful transaction may be charged as a platform fee. This commission is transparently managed within the platform.
Once a payment is successfully completed, users will receive a confirmation via the platform and/or email. Booking or service confirmation depends on partner acceptance where applicable.
Refunds are processed as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Users are advised to review the refund terms before making any payment.
Hunto uses secure encryption and trusted payment gateways to ensure safe transactions. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their payment credentials.
Users must report any payment-related issues within 48 hours of the transaction. Hunto will review and assist in resolving disputes in coordination with partners and payment providers.
Payment processing is handled by third-party providers. Hunto is not responsible for delays, errors, or failures caused by banking systems or payment gateways.
Hunto may update these Payment Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
